Commission & Growth: Earn 35% of every site you build, paid in two milestones (half at build start, half at client approval). Our sites run $3,500–$7,500 depending on complexity, so each completed build pays $1,225–$2,625. The more you build, the more you earn. There's no ceiling for someone who ships fast and delivers quality.

Remote Position: Work from anywhere. This is a fully remote, project-based role built on trust, communication, and results, not clocking in at an office.

Industry Fluent: You know the hunting, fishing, and outdoor world. You can talk shop with our clients, relate to their business, and understand who they're selling to. This isn't a nice-to-have. Our clients trust people who speak their language.

You Own the Build: We close the sale and hand you the client. From there it's yours. You run the onboarding call, gather everything you need, build the site, manage revisions, and deliver a finished, approved site within 45 days of onboarding.

Client Communication: You're the client's point of contact through the entire build. You run four client meetings, stay responsive in a shared Google Chat, and take their calls to answer questions and handle requests. You keep the build moving and the client confident the whole way.

Build-Only Focus: You don't sell and you don't manage sites after launch. You take a closed client, run a clean build, and get it approved. Then on to the next one.

Platform Expertise: You've built real, live sites on both Shopify and WordPress, and you've got a portfolio to prove it. You bring clean, conversion-minded design, not just pages that exist.
