ACCOUNT MANAGER

Remote Position: Work from anywhere. This is a fully remote role built on trust, communication, and results, not clocking in at an office.

Industry Fluent: You know the hunting, fishing, and outdoor world, and you understand business operations and market strategy. You can talk shop with clients and think like an operator.

Client Communication & Retention: You're the reason clients stay for years, not months. You build trust through radical transparency and constant communication, and you're the first point of contact clients rely on.

Ramp Into Accounts: You'll start on website projects, design work, and support tasks to learn the ropes, then pick up your own accounts as we bring on new clients. As you prove yourself, your portfolio grows.

Hands-On Across the Board: You'll work across web projects, design, AI implementation, Meta ads, Google ads, and email marketing. This is a role for someone who wants to learn every side of the business, not stay in one lane.

Strategic Reporting: You don't just forward spreadsheets, you interpret the data. You tell the client why leads are down or how we're scaling their ROAS this month.
