  • The "Filter": You protect the team. You take the client's frantic texts and turn them into clear, actionable tasks for the creative and media teams.

  • Remote & Industry Fluent: You must be able to talk "shop." If a client wants to discuss draw odds or arrow spines, you need to be able to hold that conversation.
